Booking Your Newborn Session

When it comes to a newborn session, there are quite a few moving parts. Below is a general guideline for how the process works with Capture By Caitlin.

Since your new little peanut isn’t here yet, and he/she may come on a different day then you are planning, it can be hard to figure out a schedule. Here is what works best for us:

Contact Capture By Caitlin by email or use the online booking system during the beginning of your second trimester. We will book your due date. We will hold a date for you with a deposit of $50, that is then applied to the session fee. Once the baby is born, send an email and we will adjust the session date to something within the first 2 weeks after birth.

We book your due date to secure a date on the calendar and to get our conversation/planning going. If you wait until baby is already here, there might not be space in the calendar. Keep in contact with us as your pregnancy comes to a close, so we can be prepared.
