So if you’re looking at this post, you likely just received your online gallery of images from your session. When you booked your session, your session included a specific number of digital files, and I want to share with you how to select your final digital images from your gallery.

A few notes before we dive in:

Different session types/collections include different amounts of included digital files, but this is the same process whether your session included 5 images or 50.
The watermark will not be on your final downloaded images. The watermark is there to discourage people from screenshotting images as screenshots extremely degrade the quality of the images. That being said, please do not screenshot the images.
Your final downloaded images will be high resolution images! These are perfect for printing or sharing online.

Step One: You’ve gotten your gallery

About 5-14 days after your session, you will receive a full gallery of images. This will be sent to the email on file. Your gallery password will be found at the very bottom of your email - so don’t forget to read everything!

Step 2: Looking through images

Once you’ve gotten into your gallery you will be able to view all your gorgeous images.

Step 3: Picking your photos

Next you can select the images that you purchased with your package - or choose to purchase the entire lot!

Selecting Pre-Purchased (the number of digitals that came in your package)

You can select your pre-purchased images by adding them to your favorites list. You can do this by clicking the heart on the bottom right-hand corner of your image. You can view your favorites by selecting the heart icon in the upper right-hand corner of your gallery and make changes if you’d like.

Use this heart to add your images to your favorites.

After you’ve selected your pre-purchased images - simply send me them by clicking the paper plane icon & “selecting send to photographer”! That way I know that you’re doing making your final decisions and I can remove the watermark.

Want to purchase the whole lot?

In your original email you will have a set price to purchase your whole gallery. All you need to do is send payment & you’re good to go. No other steps needed !

What happens next?

After you’ve made your selections, you will receive your gallery within 48 hours without watermarks in high resolution sizing suitable for social media and printing.

You’ll receive a new email that will have your Download Pin and Password at the very bottom.

Ready to download?

You can download your gallery in two ways. You can download your entire gallery by selecting the download arrow in the top right corner of your screen. You can also download single images by selecting the download arrow in the lower right corner of your desired image. Remember - your download PIN can be found at the bottom of your email. Please do not screen shot your images as it distorts the quality.

Printing your images:

You can find your custom store by clicking the store icon or by clicking “Print Store” at the upper right-hand corner of your gallery. Capture By Caitlin is not responsible for poor quality images not printed from this portal such as CVS, Shutterfly, and Walgreens.

There you can find custom items with your images and add them to your cart to check out just like any other store.

IMPORTANT : PLEASE BE SURE TO ONLY PRINT IMAGES MARKED “PRINT” IN THE “FOR PRINT” FOLDER OF YOUR GALLERY.

Images will print from a professional print lab and be mailed directly to you!
